Before and After School Program

Our program provides before school care for children in the Brighton School District. Buses conveniently pick up the children from our location at 2131 Elmwood Avenue and transports them to both Council Rock and French Road Elementary Schools. We are open before school from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and provide a nutritious breakfast daily.

We also provide after school care for the Brighton School District. Buses drop the children off to our location. Snacks are provided daily. Our after school curriculum consists of a wide range of activities including arts, crafts, games, sports and computer time. We also provide homework assistance and time for children to do their homework.

We are open until 6:00 p.m. On early dismissal days, care is provided following dismissal. We also are open full-days when the Brighton School District is closed.

After-Kindergarten Care

Our after-Kindergarten program provides care for children attending half day kindergarten in the Brighton School District. Activities are provided to supplement the schools’ kindergarten curriculum. There is a balance of small and large physical activities daily. Our small group size promotes individual attention. USDA hot lunches are served daily. After kindergarten hours are from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Summer Camp

The summer program is a continuation of our school year curriculum. Each week consists of a different theme on which daily activities and recreation are based. Also during our summer program, we provide weekly field trips and swimming. Our hours of operation remain the same. Breakfast and snack are provided.
